Megan and Austin’s wedding at The Elms Hotel & Spa was such a fun day! This was my first time at the famous Elms Hotel. I didn’t experience anything haunted, but I did see one of their nighttime tours.

A major benefit to having your wedding at The Elms Hotel is that everything can happen in that one location. Each partner gets a room to get ready in, the ceremony and reception happen downstairs.

Megan’s first look with her dad was so sweet. He is a big ‘ol softy.

We had a good amount of downtime before the ceremony. Everyone hung out in another ballroom.

Megan and Austin’s officiant was a long time friend of Megan’s parents. They kept the ceremony short and sweet.

After the ceremony, all the guests went out to the patio for cocktail hour.

Megan, Austin and I snuck off for some photos around the property.

Austin’s mom wrote a poem and framed it for Austin and Megan to hang in their home. Megan’s dad surprised Megan’s mom by having her join him for his speech. Her surprised face is so cute.

After dark, we snuck out for a few more minutes to get some photos with The Elms’ sign. Then Megan went to change into her reception jumpsuit.
