When you're wedding planning, you don't have all day to be tracking down pricing, that's why I have my pricing listed here!
Don't see the perfect fit for you? Reach out and we can customize something special.
If you're not sure how much coverage you need, try out my new Coverage Calculator.
Small weddings (weddings with 25-75 guests) typically need 6 hours of coverage.
Elopements typically need 2-4 hours of coverage.
8 hours of coverage is perfect for traditional wedding days with 100-200 guests. We'll be able to capture getting ready through the beginning of open dance floor. Or capture end of getting ready through the exit at the end of the night.
If you will each be getting ready in different locations, or if you will not be sharing a first look. I'd recommend adding a second photographer. It's not required, but it helps when the schedule is packed.
My base wedding package will likely cover your needs. We'll also have the chance to get to know each other with the engagement session.
If you're having 200+ guests, and/or events on multiple days (rehearsal dinner, day-after brunch, etc), I'd recommend adding a second photographer and coverage for the events you want documented.
• 8 hours coverage with 2 photographers
• Complimentary engagement session
• Sneak peek images within 24 hours
• Online gallery for easy downloading, printing & sharing

These are the questions I get asked the most, but if your question is not mentioned here please ask! I am an open book.
Step 1. Shoot me an email.
Step 2. We set up a phone call, meet-up, or email to feel out if we would be a good fit.
Step 3. Once we know we’re going to click, a 30% non-refundable retainer and signed contract will secure your date!
My default payment schedule is: 30% up front, 35% midway, and the remaining 35% paid 30 days out from the wedding. If you need a custom schedule, we can talk and set one that works for both of us.
On average, I deliver around 50 photos per hour of coverage per photographer. So if you have a second photographer it may end up being more like 100 photos per hour. But there is no set number. I deliver the images that turn out and aren’t repetitive. I would never hold back any of your precious memories.
You will receive a sneak peek gallery with a few photos from each part of the wedding the next day. The full gallery will be delivered within 90 days, but my usual turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. I send your photos in an online gallery. Through the gallery you’ll be able to download, share and print.
Absolutely. Your photos are beyond secure with me. I shoot on two dual-slot cameras so your photos go on two SD cards as I'm shooting. When I get home, I back up all of the photos to three external hard drives (that each live in their own protective case). Two of those hard drives then go back into my fire and waterproof safe. The other hard drive is backed up to a cloud storage system.
That all might sound crazy or excessive but your memories deserve to be safe and secure!
It depends on the schedule of the day. I usually encourage having a second photographer because I can’t be everywhere at once. However, small weddings generally don’t require one. Weddings where everything, including all getting ready, is in the same location helps alleviate the need for a second photographer as well. We can talk to see if you would benefit from having a second photographer.
HECK YES! I will follow you to the ends of the earth. So far, I have traveled to Mexico, California, Florida, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Oklahoma for weddings. I frequently travel in Kansas and Missouri. Pricing varies depending on location.

Is it absolutely necessary? Nah. But the benefits far outweigh any cons. See the form above for a list of benefits.
