Raven and Ian are artistic types, so it made sense to hit up lots of KC murals for their engagement session. We started at The Truman, where they’ve attended many events. It holds a lot of meaning to them and their relationship. From there, we hit more KC murals for their engagement session. Crossroads is the best place to find murals in Kansas City. One building even has a whole wall of murals done by different artists.
Raven and Ian’s engagement session was in January, so in between stops at murals we warmed up inside Messenger Coffee. It was a busy day for Messenger but we managed to snag a table by the windows for a few minutes.
We couldn’t do a KC mural engagement session without stopping at one of the most iconic murals in Kansas City. The #KCLoves mural in Crossroads.
After the murals, we made sure to grab some photos in the Crossroads district of Kansas City. One wouldn’t normally think that just walking along a street downtown would make such cute photos but Kansas City has a beautiful skyline. And Raven and Ian are pretty darn cute together too, so that helps.
