Natalie and Shaun chose to do their engagement photos on family land and at Smithville Lake. It was majorly windy on the lake, but we made the most of the absolutely stunning sunset.
These two cuties met at Ruby Tuesday. He was a cook, she was a bartender. A classic restaurant love story. If you’ve ever worked in a restaurant, you’ll know what I’m talking about. They were friends for a year before they started dating. The best foundation to a relationship is friendship!
Natalie and Shaun are getting married at The Belle of Camden Point this fall. I’m excited to see the Craig family again! Natalie and Shaun are very laid back, so I’m sure the day will be relaxed until we get to open dance floor at the reception. At that point, it’s going to be one epic party.
This is the second time I’ve been invited to this beautiful creek on this family’s land. I documented Natalie’s brother’s wedding a couple years ago. We did he and his wife’s engagement photos on this land as well.
We arrived at Smithville Lake just in time to catch the most beautiful sunset.
It was incredibly windy, but Natalie and Craig love this spot. We couldn’t skip doing part of their engagement photos at Smithville Lake.
