Oh man you guys, Maggie and Andy’s wedding was so much fun! Everything about this wedding screamed country in Kansas, right down to the hay bales, it was perfect.

Maggie was the definition of “Feels over perfection.” She was just so happy she was finally marrying her best friend, nothing could take away that happiness! Not even running a bit behind schedule during hair and makeup. I’m so so happy for the both of them, that they were able to focus on what really matters instead of stressing over details. At the end of the day, you’re barely going to remember if the cake showed up late or someone stepped on your dress. (P.S. I accidentally stepped on Maggie’s dress when we were running away from a wasp and it ripped, and my soul died but somehow she did not care! UGH I’m so blessed to have worked with them!) Anyways, let’s not dwell on that. My heart still breaks thinking about it!

Maggie and Andy are high school sweethearts, but you’d never guess they’ve been together for years because they’re still so moony-eyed for each other. During speeches, their friends spoke about how perfect they are for each other, how they balance each other and how they’ve all been waiting for this day since the two started dating so many years ago. But the speech that really got me was Maggie’s dad’s speech. Talk about a father’s love for their daughter, tears were definitley flowing. Most dads do the obligation thank you speech for the guests, but Maggie’s dad took his time to talk about how much he loved his daughter and how proud of her he was. And how thankful he was that she found Andy. My heart just exploded all over the place.

After all the mushy-gushy stuff, this crowd dove straight into party-mode! I mean the pictures speak for themselves, it was a blast! Shout out to the DJ, Daniel Bugner with Vital Entertainment, he kept the party rocking for hours!
